Mr. Staubus concentrates his practice in business transactions and commercial litigation. His legal experience encompasses business and partnership formation, consultation and litigation in state and federal court; real estate and construction including mechanics lien litigation representing owners, general contractors, developers, and subcontractors.

Brad represents corporations, individuals and medical professionals in buy-sell and purchase agreements, commercial leases, employment contracts, as well as shareholder and partnership disputes. He represents financial institutions investigating and litigating director, officer dishonesty, corporate fraud, and embezzlement claims. Brad also advises clients regarding succession planning and estate planning issues.

Brad serves as an arbitrator with the Cook County Arbitration Program and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
